“Building community through the arts is something that we need to prioritize in this climate. Supporting small businesses and connecting with families who can relate with my art will always be a personal goal to achieve through my work” said artist Kendall Soliwoda.

"My paintings are generally full of purposeful brushstrokes and dramatic color palettes, combined with scale which evokes a great sense of emotional responses to my work. I feel as though the process of my life reflects in my work. When I set out to create, I channel the emotions that I feel, along with the artistic disciplines that express those thoughts. I work with a focus to keep learning about myself and teaching/displaying the capabilities possible through my work.”

Kendall is working on new ventures in 2023. He is currently working with legendary Bronx artist Mark Lawrence on a series of public murals in NYC Public Schools. He has a show upcoming in February 2023 in the Downtown Middletown CT district, More details can be found on upcoming art shows by subscribing to our @krsart social media pages!
